Tommy Taylor of Boston United.
After inheriting a club who had been demoted twice, had 2 players left and has gone from full to part time, he has managed to keep us within touching distance of the playoffs. Well Deserved!

Gary Waddock - Has guided Aldershot to the top of the Conference and the first round of the FA Cup despite many injuries including John Grant and Scott Davies who are our top two scorers, and Anthony Charles, a key defender. Plus we were expected to be mid table rhubarb  | |

As others have said 100% record last month in a very tough league and in the cups. He's managed to get Bennie Mcarthy scoring again and has just done brilliantly. Its not surprise to see him linked with bigger jobs. Hes taken Blackburn from being a mid table team to a top 6 team and he certainly showed this last month.

Avram Grant. Looks Like the "Special One" wasn't really that Special. Avram is doing a much better job then Mourinho ever did ... and he dosn't complain all the time.

Mark Robins - 11 points out of 15 in October & no defeats ( know Ince got 12 but that was just continuing good run from September) completely turning us round from September where we got 5 points out of 15 including 2 defeats.

Garry Wilson at Eastbourne Boro. Great month for the boys, continuing from their great start to the season. In october Boro won 5 and drew 1 out of 6 games. Scored 14 goals, conceeded only 4. Still top of the table in the Conference South, and 1 of only 5 Conference South teams to get into the 1st round of the F.A. Cup.
