I'd plump for Arsene Wenger.

An unbeaten month which included a fantastic 7-0 win, a good draw at Anfield in a game they deserved to win and a resounding win for their "reserves" at a top championship side in the cup.

Wp Arsenal.

Also Craig Levein deserves a special mention this month for the work he's done at Dundee United. A 100% month which included a win against Rangers, progression in the cup and a joint 2nd league placing.

Out of the 2 though, I'd go for Arsene.

Aidy Boothroyd - Watford

100% record in October recording 5 wins and only conceeding 2 goals with 3 clean sheets, 3 of the matches were potentially tricky away games.

All that with a team that isn't playing very well.

Honourable mention should go to Gary Johnson at Bristol City. If it wasn't for the loss to Barnsley at the start of the month then he'd be the best contender for the honour.

Gary Johnson- Bristol City
Gary Johnson has done extremely well this month winning 4 out of 5 games against tricky opposition and not even the most optimistic fans would be predicting us to do this well and he has brought great team spirit and togetherness within the squad and has picked up very well after our only defeat of the month to barnsley with 4 straight wins surely Johnson should be a strong contender

Arsene Wenger - Arsenal.

I don't think theres bean a better team to be watching in England or the Champions League this month than Arsenal.

Martin Jol.... he turned a team of Championship legaue hopefuls into a relegation threatening team..... not many 'world class' managers are capable of such things hehe

On a serious note, i think Sven Eriksson's doing a good job at city, shame he couldnt do it for England
