Let me explain my moan about where you can send scouts to.

I'm playing in Hungarian leagues and for the first two seasons could only scout Hungary as I was a poor club, fine.

Then I got richer and could scout eastern Europe which is fine but the choices of places I can send the scout is ridiculous. I can tell him to scout, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Poland or all of eastern Europe. So if I want him to take a quick look at Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria for instance as they're in EU and so more useful to me I have to wait for him to spend hundreds of days in Russia looking for players I don't want as there is no option to just scout certain nations only the ones it has picked.

Now that I'm even richer and can scout worldwide the problem is insane, the only individual nations it will let me select are, Belgium, England, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain (all western Europe and so totally pointless for me to scout) Turkey (also pretty pointless), Brazil and Argentina (if I'm lucky they might want to join me). I can't even select my own nation any more so my scouts have to waste they time scouting places of no importance when I should be able to direct them to the few countries I'm actually likely to find something in rather than to the whole region that will take at least a year to finish.

How hard is it put a proper list in so I can select by region, then by country (so I don't get a list of countries as long as my arm to start with) so I direct my scouting to where its needed not to Azerbaijan and Mauritania (just examples).

Try loading leagues/players from the nations, that usually allows you to send scouts to areas otherwise unavailable.

I think it is a combination of leagues running, club rep and scouting knowledge that gives the list of individual countries.
