What does that means ...

I have already followed the post http://community.sigames.com/eve/for...7/m/6392093353
and removed all Java and installed the latest Java 6 update 3 but the problem is still here.
I also tried to close most applications running by using windows task manager but the problem didn't leave me.
Do anyone know what should I do?

try contacting a moderator with this problem..

I know people sometimes get an error like this when uninstalling the game, but I haven't heard of it during an install...
