Default New Stadium named after you??
On Fm07 in about the year 2012 (approx) whilst playing on a network game with my housemate - he was fulham - the board pipes up to say they are building a new stadium cos craven cottage is too small and promptly renames the stadium after him ...

Has anyone had anything like this happen to them on FM08 (or in past versions) as I'd never seen anything like this before?!

I've seen Villareal move to the Juan Requelme stadium in FM07, I'm sure they've since scrapped those plans though.

It was a definate "hidden" feature of FM2007 but most people are aware of this and if experienced under FM08 may not post anything

Another "hidden feature" if at a club long enough as manager and of the 'right' age you could get a youth player 'fred' at your club who is your son

Alas I've not had either......

Yeah, that happened to me in FM 07 too. At around the year 2020 Lyon moved to the Juninho Pernambucano stadium.
