No, it's Ding. </BLOCKQUOTE>

good one. Now let's not turn this thread into a 'looking for clues of Wolfsong's real name' competition. </BLOCKQUOTE>

It was a piece of cake Mr. Ding Pan, it was fairly easy to make Ding out from the screenie and Pan is on yr profile.
If you want to remain anonymous you really should have tried harder.
What's my prize then?

hmm yes.. I had that dream too. With England :p

Here's my run:

the qualifiers: easy peasy, won them all. Holland, Malta, Estonia, Scotland and Macedonia (shockingly easy group)

The finals:

1st match: Italy - England 1-3 (woot for Owen)
2nd match: England - Iraq 6-1 (they weren't even trying)
3rd match: England - Iran 3-0 (how did they qualify?

2nd round: Mexico - England The most brilliant goalkeeper I've ever seen Ochoa managed to keep his team in the game excellently. Not until the dying minutes did I manage to burst the bubble and score with Owen. The match ended 1-0, but in truth. Ochoa would have deserved to won. England had 19 shots on target, of which 18 were saved by Ochoa. Including 4 shots by the competitions top scorer and golden boot winner Michael Owen.

Quarter Final: Oh dear... Ivory Coast
They have an amazingly strong squad and manage to hold out on me for 50 minutes before my favorite England player in the game Owen came through and scored (yay) Drogba quickly scratched one back and Yaya Touré grabbed another one. Rooney was clean through with the goalkeeper when an ivory coast player decided that lampard would never score on a penalty and broke Rooney's foot. (literary)
Lampard stepped up confidently and shot. NO! he missed! but burried it on the rebound to my great delight.
Ivory coast held firm most of the match and i was worried Drogba would sneak one past me.
Penlaties: I score 4 they score 3. Shockingly as my trusty penalty taker Asthon (19 in stats) misssed the first penalty and put pressure on us.

Semi Finals: Argentina - England

Messi runs up the field and scores after 2 minutes. I decide to throw sharp on to even the score. Sharp scores and tevez immedeatly replies with a goal. Owen scores and Messi scores a hatrick.. i'm getting quite worried as it's now 4-2 to Argentina... Gerrard steps up confidently and smacks the ball from the circle in the middle and straight into the goal. Amazing.
Still one down I see the minutes ticking away and my squad missing chance after chance. Downing get's a freekick. At this point I was thinking, if only I had J.Cole on the left now =(
Downing smacks it home and hurray! 4-4
Extra time owen decides enough is enough and scores two to make up a hatrick!! bloody brilliant! final score: 6-4

England is through to the final!

Final:

Brazil - England

The brazilians weren't even trying and got creamed 4-1. A lacklusture Ronaldinho managed to trouble me a few times before I manmarked him with Gerrard who did an excellent job keeping him away. Vagner love manged to score a goal on 3-0 before a newly recovered rooney stepped up and ended the match with his 4-1 goal.

Honours:

Best Goalkeeper: Robinson (in truth Ochoa deserves that one)
Best Defender: Terry
Best Midfielder: Christiano Ronaldo
Best Striker: Owen
Best player: Owen
Top Scorer: Owen

Dream team:

GK: Robinson
DR: Richards
DC: Rio
DC: Terry
DL: Zambrotta
MR: Gerrard
MC: Carrick
MC: Lampard
ML: Messi
ST: Owen
ST: Drogba

In all a very succesfull run

I won the World Cup with England in FM07. I can't remember too much apart from I beat Argentina in the final 1-0. Peter Crouch scored and he was only playing because Rooney got injured in the group stage
