reccommended setting is a good indictor but to be a little more specfic you will need to supply your computer spec

The problem is, running leagues "reasonably" is very subjective. What I think is reasonable, you might think is terribly slow.
Best thing to do is to start a few games with varying levels of detail and extra leagues, and play through for a week or 2 and then find out what you can tolerate.
Much more reliable than asking other people who don't have your PC or your opinions to tell you how many leagues to run.

I would recommend more ram at least 1gb or 2gb if you are running or planning to run windows vista. I would also suggest a faster processor as the game recommends a 1.8ghz processor.
