Its just to time consuming to learn your team and then have a little time to make them great. By the time I get to know what I have its almost time Im getting sacked. I didnt help myself picking Siena but still can I take this feature off? then maybe turn it on later?
Your best hope is to study the past hints and tips documents from Marc Vaughan. If you can gain a better understanding of how all the player attributes work and how the tactical instructions affect your performance, you can become a much better manager and avoid the sack.
In the meantime, maybe you should try managing a lower league club. Try a club in Serie C2. There is more margin for error in the lower leagues.
Yeah it's the checkbox just beneath the "turn off losing matches" feature.
I'm sorry but thats not even related to what the guy is saying...It isnt making the game easier IN ANY WAY. He (or she) will still get destroyed over and over again except there's a chance that they may get a long enough stay at the club (instead of just getting sacked 4 months in) that they may be able to bring about change and 'get a hang of it', instead of starting all over again with an entirely (probably worse off) club and a diminshed reputation.
I really dont see a problem with it- if people want to play the game that way thats their decision. And to those who may argue its not like that in real life- Football Manager is NOT exactly like real life
if you go to board room and ask for extra time to rebuild squad, that used to buy you a minor ammount of consideration from the board, havnt done it in a long time however so dont know how much affect it will have.

Having the option to never get sacked "isn't making the game easier IN ANY WAY"????
