retired_carljoseph Newb Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	Does it really take people 6 months to a full season to 'learn' their team? I get that you sort through your team getting rid of deadwood and building combinations but it is still possible to be winning games and meeting expectations and therefore avoiding the sack while doing it. I don't want to sound rude but knowing your players well should be when you start to push on and exceed expectations, not be able to meet them.
