I'm not saying you don't know what you're doing but I think adding unrealistic features is not the way forward for FM
| It's not unrealistic enough when strikers routinely miss 10 one-on-ones per game and Conference Keepers win MOTM against premier league sides?

| How on earth does that help the conversation or indeed anyone by saying this?
Yeah, it does make the game easier, but if it makes people enjoy it more then so be it. Personally, I think that if it was an option you can turn on and off mid-game it would be a good thing, the AI Surely cannot tell each and every circumstance that you are in, if you get what I mean.

hahahaha, this is supposed to be a proper simulation, not some fantasy videogame where you have invincibility or infinite lives or extra powerful weapons cheats or something. if you're after such an option, this really isn't the right game for you.
| Yeah ha ha ha. Lets all laugh. BTW is it really realistic for a manager to Retire then take over the same team again all in the same day?

The hostility an rudeness shown on this forum over such trivial things is quite worrying.

Likewise, it is realistic for some unknown random 30-year old manager to inexplicably replace Sir Alex Ferguson as manager of Manchester United?

If it is easy to add, I am all for it. Doesn't effect me in any way and might make the game more enjoyable for some other people. But then I don't flame people for cheating in a single player game either. Guess I have better things to do.
If anything, it enables poorer players to get better by not having to start all over again every few seasons or less. Allows players who struggle to have all the time they need to understand and work with the game.

Alex Ferguson almost got sacked. Sam Allardyce is probably going to get sacked. In continental Europe you get sacked if you're managing a big club and don't win the league that season.
More often than not it's the wrong decision, but Football Manager isn't about right decisions. It's about realistic decisions. The odds are if you've been sacked, you would have been sacked in reality. Their loss, not yours- go to another club and prove them wrong.
