This came up before and someone joked that we might as well have a "win every game" option on the preferences. are the people who come up with these ideas the same people who complain the game lacks realism?
hahahaha, this is supposed to be a proper simulation, not some fantasy videogame where you have invincibility or infinite lives or extra powerful weapons cheats or something. if you're after such an option, this really isn't the right game for you.

if you go to board room and ask for extra time to rebuild squad, that used to buy you a minor ammount of consideration from the board,
Best of luck

If SI were to just cater for idiots who can't play the game properly instead of add things the game needs it would be even worse than it is now.
if this option is ever added to a game I'm pretty sure I wont be buying it
So you don't have to check it then, what's your problem? I think it's a terrific idea for people who are new to the game/need more time to experiment around. If you don't want to use it, then don't do it. I do think you should be able to turn it on/off in-game, not just at the start of the game.
I don't know why people get so angry about features like this. It's not like you have to use them!

I know what im doing when it comes to SOCCER! I do everything possible, you go try to win with Siena! I like this feature but I work and am a college student its hard to use hours of my time to just find out what kind of players I have. Thats the problem I have im in to much of a rush with this game, but also there really isnt a point of having or buying young players and waiting for them to improve into a stud because your chances of lasting more then 7 years is tough, I like the sacking feature and really wouldnt play with out it. Thats why I asked if i could turn it back on after i turn it off. What I was thinking turn the feature off til mid season when I finally know my players, then turn it on) Real life you get to see the player with your eyes and see them in practice every day and have a way better understanding then a bunch of numbers, so this is not reality and is much tougher then real life coaching!
I know I don't have to use them, it's the idea SI are spending more time developing features for people who can't play the game properly than improving the game for the better.
Not to mention this is the first time i have played since CM 2000, so i was finding new tactics everytime I could find time in between school and work and now i think I found them all and ready to smash. Hey sht talkers we should play online!
