Default Training schedule that works after the patch
Has anybody had any success with any of the training schedules listed on here since they have installed the patch. I was using Tug's training which worked well before the patch but now it decreases my player's attributes.

I sometimes wonder why I download the patch as it just ruins tactics and training that have been working so well.

I am also looking for a pre season training schedule if anybody knows one which doesn't cause too many injuries.
