Unfortunatly IE is a whole different story, how do I got about having both aligned?

I use IE6 exclusively! It really is the most used and pretty much the de facto in internet browsers! Not to say that others are bad, it's just that most web pages are better seen in IE than other browsers!

Just typed in the URL in the first image to go to the site, and there is nothing wrong with your site from my monitor!! See image below -- looks like the first one that you posted! [righton]

Try doing a windows update -- that may help you!

how strange, this morning when I got back to working on it was fine, oh well, maybe my cache hadn't emptied itself or something. Thanks for the help though.

Maybe if you read the whole thread you would see the reason I posted in the other forum was because someone told me that would be a better place.
