I have Saivet and some young players like Silvestri and i wonder if its early for them to go through intensive training? My Saivet is 18 and he's currently learning from Rooney also my Silvestri is learning from Ferdinand. When I mean intensive, I don't mean really 'intensive', I mean is it ok for him to have some 'high' training?
