i did this in fm05, was very hard, think my best result was a 3-1 loss to serbia and montenegro. But a goal was fb considering they are crap.

Might try this further in the game though.

Tried the "LLM" International management a few times on FM05.

Never did get Guam, Faroes or Bangladesh to the World Cup finals though

Seeing as this is such a difficult challenge, couldn't we start off as managers of both San Marino club team AND national team?

Or is that cheating?

It's within the rules set out. Could be a manager of a big Serie A team like Milan aswell and just buy every san marinese player and try to nurture them.

Tip for anyone going for this kind of challenge:


Its VERY useful to load all the players from yoru chosen nation, and in some cases actually is needed to be able to play as the manager of that nation.

i.e. If you plan to take American Samoa to the world cup when starting your new game chose to load all players from America Samoa
