Cheers

I don't think I will be taking over as another N.Ireland side, not sure what to do next on FM06 - was out of ideas when I found this challenge and now I've completed it rather nicely. Anyone with challenge/good dieas feel free to let me know them.

So the league appears to be getting easier every year. I haven't dropped any points yet, but Portadown and Linfield are dropping more than usual.
League Table so far
Just beat Linfield 5-1

Finally, some European success
Drawn against Everton, Barcelona and PSV, I managed to scrape through the group in 2nd place with 8 points.
Final Group Table
I've drawn Werder Bremen in the next round, they look to have a very impressive side, with 8 Brazilians and 3 Argentinians in their squad.

And Northern Ireland have qualified for Euro 2016. Just.
Final Qualification Group Table
We've been drawn against Denmark, Turkey and Wales. That's probably the easiest draw we could have hoped for.

I've brought in a few young foreigners in the past year, most of which are playing quite nicely but they seem to want to leave quite quickly too.

I know this doesn't count as I started with Annagh in the first season, but thought I'd mention it anyway.

Got to the top league, and struggled there for a while. Came 2nd 4 times in a row, but crept closer to Linfield each time. Then in my 7th season in the top league everything clicked. Didn't lose a game, and won 29, with 105-3 goal-difference. Strange stuff!

Got to the group stage in the UEFA Cup in the 5th try, where we finished 4th of 5, but did quite well.

This season I for the first time played the CL, and have done good so far. Miraculously managed to beat Lille in the 3rd qualifier round, and got the group stages on first try. Have so far lost 4-1 away (deserved almost draw) to Sporting, and just drew Chelskij 2-2(!!). The latter with a heap of luck.

Just shows that it is actually possible to go places even in the smaller leagues, and I'm playing with LLM rules.

We're 191st in the ranks this season. But will skip up quite a few as we managed the group stage of CL this year.

Well this season has been another of revalation - after the monumentus victory over milan i drew an easy-ish group -- won 3 drew 2 and lost 1 (more european wins there than any other previous season) and now will play ajax when febuary comes round - the league is a little more tricky as i am 3 points behind glens (after beating them) and 4 behind linfield (if they win all 5 of there games in hand. - All this with only one loss and 2 draws from 15 - crazy - but i will fight on - Linfield progressed from the grp stages of the uefa cup and me from c.l so next year i have a feeling that the coefficants will finally reflect n.i. growing stature and award 2 champions league places, this will greatly benefit the the league (and me) as more money will come into the league from the continant. I do wonder if i will ever get the stadium increase promised, but one thing for sure mmy reputation is growing, i now have players interested worth 30k - ebven a couple of english players - i know - amazing you say - especially after only 14 years -

PLan for the future - keep building and aim for the semi finals of c.l in next 3 seasons - (i have to qualify for it again 1st - something looking increasingly unlikely at this stage of the season.!!!
