I got lucky . Burscough get promoted at the end of thr first season so I have -
1x assman
1x coach
1x physio
1x scout
19x 1st teamers
10x resrves
only 1 Gk though and 5 DL

First two friendlies weren't good. I lost both 2-0 and in the first one I didn't have a single player take a shot and had a keeper injured after using my sub keeper at halftime and a player sent off just a few minutes later.
The third one I made some tactical changes and won 3-1 even with having playing 10 minutes with a player sent off.
I've got a grey 17 year old keeper in the U18 who looks half-decent and has only conceeded 2 goals in preseason.

A very good win and i had to play 30mins with ten men.

My best performance yet - outstanding play, and Chris Feasey my right winger picked up the motm award and 3 assists. My Captain and star Centre back James Curtis got his 4th and 5th goals of the season, and is my top scorer.
The bad news is that Scotby demolish Whitby Town 6 - 0, and then Hednesford Town 5 - 0.

I thought id won it when Henderson scored but Leigh RMI equalised in the 94th minute to leave me gutted - again, but it keeps my unbeaten record up, now 9 games without defeat.
Gateshead 0 - 0 Nuneaton
I missed a penalty after 4 minutes and dominated after that. "I Should of won the game easily" how annoying. Still, 10 games unbeaten.

Again a weaker team was fielded. This time we picked up the victory.
Redditch 2 - 3 Gateshead
Daniel Rowe (2, 6, 8)
A fine hattrick inside the first ten minutes from Rowe set us on our way. Redditch scored two consolation goals in the last ten minutes.
Despite my good form, I was still only 4th which was surprising. Sctoby were top by winning 12 of their 13 games, drawing the other.
Worksop and Alfreton were the other two sides ahead of me.

Captain Curtis bags his 7th goal of the season already - pretty impressvie for a Centre Back!
Scotby won 4 - 3 unfortunatly.. They are looking unbeatable.
More bad news is that Kevin Henderson, Mike Flynn, and Jospeh Waterhouse all got injured - 2 months, 2 weeks, and 2 months out respectivly.
