Welcome to the Media Club Challenge Thread™, brought to you by Scout Knowledge + Feeder Clubs.

Challenge Information + Rules

Like other Challenges this is a very long term challenge, be warned!

Start a new game within FM2007 (no quick starts) in the English League down to the conf south/north. DB Size doesn't really matter for this challenge, and as everyone will have different computers I'll leave that up to you.

Once your game has started, choose ANY team within the CONF SOUTH/NORTH. This little test for you lot to try is nothing to do with getting promoted or winning the Champions League within X years (though getting promoted I think is a basic requirement to complete this).

Objective
The challenge is to aquire FULL knowledge of the EVERY country within the world. And to keep this full knowledge for at least one month.
(i.e. no getting full knowledge for one day only)

If you do this challenge (congratulation!) post a screen shot of your knowledge and affiliate screen to prove it!, also keep us updated!!

Hints + Tips!!!

Even if you do not take part in this you may find the following useful:

When hiring any staff think about their nationality, a GREAT deal of knowledge can be gained just by having a mult-national staff.

Feeder Clubs - VERY important. THINK about the feeder club you are about to link up with, you can see their knowledge from their scout screen, think about if that knowledge would help you in any way. If they are giving you no new knowledge they may not be that useful.

HOWEVER, be warned, clubs will generally want the local feeder clubs before they expand world-wide, so you may have to put up with getting some UK clubs who will give you little knowledge before your club allows you to go overseas.

Bonus Points!

Bonus Points will be awarded by me for the following:
Cool Feeder Club names: Yeah having Porto or Barcelona as your feeder club would be an achievement for sure, however I'm going to offer more points the more exotic feeder clubs you gain from around the world. Full points might go to the people who get King Faisal Babies as there feeder club, can you find a better and more exotic club?!

Feeder Club Newgens: As well as knowledge feeder clubs from around the world provide youth players which you have first option on, more bonus points will be awarded by me for those who get no only get that wonderful feeder club from Botswana, but also manage to get a world class youth player from them who goes on to do great things!

would this be allowed to do this in same save game as dafuge challenge so run it on holiday for first season and then taking over as a confrecne north / south side that gets promoted

ps. I've given this challenge to Fran, so I'll extend it to everyone else:

Can I try to do this in my game with Merthyr Tydfil? I holidayed for a season then took them over.

I've got a few different view only leagues loaded and retained non league clubs players and the players from the view only leagues.

With the Welsh Premier loaded in view only I get to play in the Welsh Premier Cup every year :cool:
