You Cant...

the main function of the reserve feature is simply a place to 'store' players, effectivly allowing you to have potentially up to 72 playersm 36 in the 1st team, and the rest in the reserves.

The reserves dont play any games other than friendlys, and no other teams, other than the team your managing, have a reserve squad, so effectivly its of little use other than to be used to keep your first team screen 'tidier'.

A decent start but definitly something to improve on for FMH2009...
