I keep seeing the SIT thing appearing next to a player and it seems they are worried about managerial discipline.

How on earth do I solve this issue?

never had that but i like to fine players to keep the wage bill down!!

It could be that a player missed training and you didnt discipline him? Maybe even for voilent behavir on pitch or something similar, anything ring a bell?

They might not be happy with your teamtalks. Check the teamtalk feedback from your Ass Man. If some of them aren't happy consider being more lenient towards them when you do the team talk. HTH

I noticed this as well. Sometimes assmen are harsh in their teamtalks, like when you beat a crap team by only a goal or two at home the assman suggests 'Disappointing'. ****, a win is a win as far as I'm concerned. =) I learned my lesson letting the assman have his way all the time with teamtalks.
