just thought id put something positive

just finished the year after managing england and arsenal and apart from the german national team of unknown being unstoppable the international managment has really improved..

things like-youngsters thanking you for there first cap/goal and then adding you to there favoured personel which makes them easy to sign for club..

the ass man actually doing a job reccomending young english players who you may not have seen rising through the ranks

good luck messages from fans,players

not unrealistic expectations like reach the final of the world cup

finally being able to bring good staff in (i got arsene wenger to take my ass man job)

the one thing i would like to see:
now you can view english matches
example chelsea vs spurs to watch terry lampard and so on but its boring,maybe just show the end of games rating would be good..

but overall very suprised at just how much international has improved!

you could do all this before? If you want to watch a match, go to the clubs fixtures ie chelsea, then click on the field where the result is usualy, you will notice if you click this it will become view so when the match comes you watch it " live"
