You gotta rearrange your thoughts and try posting your opinions again. You've got some valid points hidden in there but they're not coming through properly.
Anyway I agree that there seem to be more penalties being given on both sides now, and that seems linked to a tweak that make the attributes matter more in the match engine. Seems to me like marking and tackling stats matter more in defence now. So, when tackling, now a player will get critical failures and trip the opponent. And when marking, sometimes a player will simply let the striker run past. And some players, rather than let the striker through, will resort to the tricks we see so often on TV -- pull shirts.
The referees in-game all have eagle eyes, so that's resulting in more fouls, more penalties and more yellow and red cards. I'm hoping that referees be given a bit more myopia for the next match engine tweak.
