i've been playing mallorca in spain, inot my 2nd season, won the spanish cup in the 1st season so playing in the uefa cup now, currently 4th in the league and seeling out the ground most weeks, the problem is i'm losing money every month, i'm not over my wage budget and i cant cant get any decent feeder clubs.

is the only solution to sell my best players, hope not

Many clubs lose money in the season and survives on pricemoney. If you after a couple of seasons are showing red numbers in the overall season finances maybe you should worry. I'm making decent money every month, not much but atleast I'm making a profit. I have found the limit on how much I can use on wages, what the board says and what my capacity is are two different things. I keep selling out and got a small expansion this season so I think I can up my wages abit but not with almost 300k a week like my board splashed at me at the beginning of the season.

Sell good performing, first team players that have +2 years of contract left, use offer to clubs and keep negotiations private, always add 50% of next transfer, ALWAYS negotiate mid season when the players is best performing (i.e. after a decent striker's hattrick).

Be greedy when negociating, resign if your chairmam/chairmen is/are cheap and accep poor-ish offers.

Also, buy players mid-season when there's little competition.

Offer to loan alot of players that you want to buy and can afford to do it, but they refuse to do so, with 0% wage and 12 months as clause, don't play them then pick them off at dirt cheap prices, play them 10-15 matches and ditch them for trucks of money and 50% clauses.

Use 12 or 6 month payments as clauses to fit more players in your budget.
