I'm currently in a situation with £73,310,000 for transfer budget, and I want to put some of it into my wage budgets to offer a larger contract to one of my players.

However it tells me only this:

The board can allow no futher allocation of funds from the wage budget for transfers.

I DON'T WANT TO PUT IT INTO THE TRANSFERS!

Any way of doing this?

Just to detail it a bit better:

1,842,695 - Wage Budget
73,210,000 - Transfer Budget
1,467,729 - Wages

But the board only allow me to offer 125,000 for a wage per week for a player, which isn't enough, even though there is easily freedom for a MUCH bigger contract offer.

I can't move the budget either way, so I'm stuck with no way of offering a decent sized contract.

I have this problem aswell with this in my Ayr game, im sure that i was able to do it with my Shakhtar game though.

I think i selected transfer money to wage budget then it continued with that.

But with my Ayr game ia sked for money to go into te transfer budget but now it won let me put my excess transfer back into my wage budgets.
