I want to offer a player to arsenal. Because they have shown interest in him before. And i like arsenal. So i want to be nice and asslick the manager a bit more.

I see theres an option to target human clubs, but not computer clubs? Or is there a way? i offered to everyone, but arsenal didnt bit.

If you offered him to everyone then arsenal would have recived the offer. Maybe they just wernt interested in the price or somthing.

IMO its alot better that you offer to all clubs rarther than select individual clubs like you use to on the old fms

Although if the player hasn't played many games during the season absolutely no one will make an offer for him, even if he's worth 3 million and you offer him for nothing.

He plays in my youth team, and scored 9 goals last match. They won 9-1.

It's the same for the computer - of course you only get the offer to you, not to every club. I have rejected players offered to me and then seen them sign for another club for the same price offered. The computer doesn't just offer to you.

If Arsenal have shown an interest before, or if they are interested, they will get the offer, and it will be no different to if you could offer specifically to them.
