what would you expect at wigan you probably don't lead the league i suppose so saying your interested in another job gets you sacked...

One thing I have noticed with FM2008 is that if you are manager of an international team you dont get the sack if you declare interest in a club job. I am currently manager of England and after the Man U board sacked Fergie they offered me the job so now I have two jobs. I think though that I will resign from the England job after the current world cup campaign because I find two jobs hard work.

Yeah, I was sacked by Leeds after getting them two promotions and then applying for Man U in pre-season.

I was made-up when they appointed Paul Ince, he spent a fortune, was sacked after 6 months himself and they went back down. Ha.
