Does anyone else find that their team can only manage draws? I took over at a team who were bottom of league 2 and despite some initial success it seems we now can't buy a win. We're playing quite well generally, creating lots of chances even against teams at the other end of the table. And yet we just aren't winning games. We're not losing many either, and if I could've just turned a few draws into wins we'd be pushing for mid table but as it is we're fighting it out at the bottom. Money is tight so no prospect of bringing players in (and the window has closed) and the players I have brought in on loan are playing quite well, morale is reasonable and yet no wins! Do I need to take a few more risks, perhaps go 4-2-4 at the end of games?

I've suffered from this too, and I've told myself the same thing that i would tell anyone else. it's my tactics that are to blame. However, when my stats read P19 W4 D13 L2, i have trouble convincing myself. Sure i'm not losing many, but it gets a tad annoying when you draw your 8th game in a row. And there's no pattern to it. I could be playing top of the league away or bottom at home, it could be 0-0, it could be 4-4. The draw seems to be almost inevitable.

As i say, it'll be my tactics, but it's annoying all the same.
