You've used miniscout SE 1.3 and set the player to one of the preset settings, "average" if i recall, it does exactly the same thing - setting every stat to 13.

Yea, if you click on the 'A' Button, it brings up a players stats (this is in 1.3) and then there are 5/6 coloured boxes along the top of this new side window, clicking on them when you're viewing a player profile in FM alters there stats.

Open that regen's profile again, press the A button in mini scout and then the first button in the top left of the side window. See how you have now given birth to the world's worst player!
