I've had a guy with 10s everywhere, except in long throws, free kicks and corners, which were 20s - but that was in fm2005 I think.
In 08 the spread of attributes is far better than in previous games.

13 is freeky number, maybe the game is trying to say us smth, but I agree, it's probably just tactics....
