Have you put yourself into the game? [POST HERE]

I started my longterm game few days ago and I decided to put a "what if version" of myself into the game.

What I basically decided was to create a player with my name and assign only some parameters

Right Foot only
Height
Weight
Age (17)
Club
Nationalities
PA (-10)

I then let the game randomize everything else and see if my clone would be any good.

I placed my self in a Swedish club called Elfsborg (biggest local club) since I assumed I would end up there if I was any good.

I ended up being ML, MC, DM all natural positions. Strange with ML since I'm right footed only. So far I'm stuck in Elfsborgs youth team and I look like being pretty average. I have not checked my CA but I guess it's pretty low. (I'm halfway into the first season so it's still early)

I myself started unemployed and I'm now managing St Pauli in German 2nd Division. I have decided not to sign my clone unless my scouts find and recommend him as being promising.

Has anyone else done any experiment like this? How have you developed?

i put myself in the game.aged 24 with hearts.just got his 1st call-up to the scotland squad at the age of 30!!!!!!!!

I tend to add myself as a manager.

Setting your PA as -10 will mean it's more likely than not that you will become a highly talented player

I'm thinking deloma is aware of that.
You would hardly make yourself a dross player, like Gary Neville or whatever.

I've tried to put myself in the game a few times and can never resist making myself outstanding.
I give myself the exact same physical attributes:

6' 1"
Two-footed (forced myself to learn)
12 stone 4
Striker.

Then I'll put myself into Liverpool and make my technical and mental attributes, quite frankly, ridiculous.
Of course, I'll also make myself fiercely loyal, so there's no chance of me moving on.

I always make myself, although I make it fairly realistic - i make myself a free agent, low reputation, low ability. Then I move away from realism slightly and give myself a potential of -5 or -6 which I think gives me the potential to play maybe league 1 standard.
