I'm a bit of a Sven Goran Eriksson. Buys a couple of players, a mix of cheap and pricey and then turns them into players worth double what i paid for them. I also try and do this with players that are already there too  | |

Isn't it unclear how many of those big signings were Jose's in the first place? Isn't that one of the reasons why he's no longer at Chelsea?
What did he do when he won at Porto?

I love buying the young players but then I have trouble developing them.
I don't put much effort into training and when I do it gets worse lol

i am more of a matt busby have the older player then produce the young one thenstick them in the first team even at 17 and 18.
