I want to create my own country, using Monaco (which is in the data editor as an non-excisting nation). I want to create a flag that looks excactly like the nation-flags in the game, but then of the new country. Who would want to make a flag using this picture? And could you tell me how to insert it in the game? Thanks for listening/helping!
