i tried 4-1-3-2 tactic and currently fcbayern
manager.

generally,it is a very attacking minded tactic with flat back 4, a def mid,a mid centre with extremely good creativity lvl, 2 attacking mids and of course, 2 strikers with 1 of them set to target man.

how it works?
set it as narrow width,but not tat too narrow.
mentality is attacking and passing is direct.defensive line is deep and tempo is quick.very low time wasting and quite high creative freedom.

so far won bundesliga, germancup and uefa cup during the first season.for the second season,once again won bundesliga,germancup and now waiting the final game with chelsea.

Tweak:
set both of ur attckng mids arrows down.just short one will do and drag it into the middle.i mean to the mid centre player.drag the arrow for your mid centre until the opposition box.

Position:
Best if you have both of your centre back good in the air.
The striker who set to target man should be good in the air,good strength and fast.
The top striker should be quick and have a good finishing ability.
The mid centre should have a very good creativity,position and workrate ability.
