Default HELP: lacklustre second half
it seems every time when i am crusing to victory in teh first half, it always follows with a lacklustre second half, in which i will hv my lead halved... what is wrong with my game here? how do ppl do team talk?

If one nil ahead in 1st half, i will encourage them if away and say dissapointe if at home. they would play better. i also noticed that the player conditions play a part. When conditions reached below 75%, they play like crap so choose substitution wisely.
