I've seen a lot of talk on here about this 'too many chances, Not enough goals' bug. After installing the patch last night and trying to use my pre patch tactic MacSolid 5-3-2 its obvious that i need to change things to get back to the same old winning ways and yes my strikers do seem to be struggling to score the same amount of goals.
IMO though it seems more realistic and I don't think its a bug. Its not easy to be a manager of a football team in real life so why should it be in a game. Even the best strikers don't have 4 shots all on target in a game and score 3 every game they play.
If you want a real life example check the stats for the recent Man Utd Vs Bolton game, bolton won one nil and i think they had one shot on target whereas Man U dominated and had about 16 shots on goal.
Footballs not easy, post patch niethers the game, thank god because as soon as it gets easy it gets boring!! Sorry for ranting and sorry if its all been said before, just been bugging me
I agree, did anyone see how many chances Torres spurred recently, don't think it was this weekends game, maybe the one before? or maybe it was this weekend?
not this weekend, he played a blinder and scored one (maybe even two) but in a lot of his previous games yes your bang on. And its probably to do with him adjusting to the tempo of the premier league.
