Right, this tactic is my first and is mainly designed to help avoid the mid season slump that has been driving me mad.
I have tried to do this by assigning everyone a set mentality except for the midfield three (who should be three creative skillfull players if possible). These three can then be adjusted by the team mentality quickly and easily before and during a game, also changing these values should help avoid the slump by tweaking easily with one slider.
Anyway its worked for me so if people could give it a try and give feed back...good luck!
So far I have taken Cameroon to the final of the World Cup, won the Premier league with Liverpool and got MK Dons and Plymouth promoted first season, no one bought.
