I recently found a young Brazilian dubbed the next Ronaldinho, he agreed to join me but he couldn't get a permit. Now I have a feeder club that will allow me to sign him but he's been removed from my shortlist and I can't find him! Anyone know who i'm talking about and if he turns out any good? I'm Cardiff in the Championship on origonal patch.

If you've scouted him, he should be listed under one of your scouts as a "Scouted Player".

Alex Texeira post-patch, has a PA of 170+.

no problem. he usually comes to you but you will have to wait til january or july transfer windows for him to come cos of the most stupidest brazillian rule that doesnt allow under 18's to go abroad.

in real life it is.. as it stops big guns going to get all the talent but in a manager game if you find a quality youngster you want him there and then

It's a good rule but it should be extended to U-21 or U-23 players, instead of just U-18.

Anyway, the rule exists in real life, so it's in the game.
