somebody explain please
okay i was watford. won the championship in 1st season...the two year plan given to me when i started was to achieve a respectable position in the championship and had a media prediction of 6th. so on i went to the premiership and finish 13th which far exceeds the boards expectations. came to the end of the season and wasnt offered new contract. why? i felt i would have been able to obtain a uefa cup spot in the coming season.
so they employed billly davies and were relegated.

it happens sometimes, you should try asking for a new contract or sometimes they offer you a new one with 2 weeks or even days to go on your current one
