i have seen many people on these forums and others suggestoing that the regens are rubbish and are not good, but i am real sociedad and am in my 5th season now. i have found an awesome player from south africa called Neil Ntsoane. i also produced a 'wonderkid' from my youth academy called Sabino Gallindo. they are both definitely regens and feature in my team every week.

i would post images of them but unsure of how to do so... any advice would be greatly appreciated so i can show everyone these players

How to Post a Screen shot

1. While in FM, press the 'Prt Sc' button (usually next to F12 on your keyboard).
2. Open an image editing program such as Paint and paste the image
3. Save the file as a JPEG
4. Upload the image to an image hosting website such as Photobucket or Imageshack
5. Post the direct Url to the image here.

was wondering about how to spot a regen? is there any trick to spot a regen so i can get him early at youth?

errr,regens are all the non-existing players which get generated in FM. So,there are loads of regens in every game,and even more after a few seasons. I only found a couple of good regens so far, one touted to be the next Kaka, but I never went so far in the game till they become world class
