well i faield that one. which url do i choose form imageshack and where do i put it in the FM forums( just a general paste of the link or do i need to put it in the url box thingy)?

Need to click 'URL' then put the link to the screen shot in the top box...
Put whatever you want it to read i.e 'First Friendly' etc in the bottom box

Good luck guys, will be reading with interest, just finished a career with worcs city where i took them to the dizzy heights of the championship within 7 seasons! got stuck there for a couple though and dont think i can handle the stress of llm at the mo, but i wish you guys all the best.
My one piece of advice, ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK, con. north and South can be one with a good keeper and a team that bombs forward.
oh and i vote, braintree!
