Millwallrules Tactical Challenge 1- The invincables
This is the challenge for those of you who are tactical managers. Those of you who like to tinker and enjoy the feeling of getting the result thanks to a wonder tactical move. If you are like that then join me here to take part in my first challenge, The Invincibles.
You must once again win the league with Arsenal while going unbeaten. Cups don't matter at all, so try to concentrate on the league. You can use basic data update or january update it is your choice due to the small amount of transfer movement at the club. Now to discover the real tactical geniuses out there, I'm placing a few restrictions. You can spend maximum 12 million on one player at a time. You must also only buy only one player maximum over 27 per season.
So basically the tactical challenge is:
1.You must go the Season Unbeaten in the league
2.You can only buy one player over 27 a season. Goalkeepers are excluded from this.
4.You can only spend 12 million max on a player at a time.
Now to make this work here are some more basic rules
1.You must create your own Tactics. No Downloading tactics
2.You must create your own training drills. No cheat or downloaded training.
3.Try and keep posts to monthly updates and those one off games where you do something tactically excellent.
4.To prove your success screenshots plus tactic have to be provided.
6.FMM and other in-game editors are not allowed
Enjoy, I will post my pre season shortly
The Challenge ends when either A)Someone Completes it or 5 peopel complete it
B)A new challenge is wanted

Millwallrules Tactical Challenge 1- The invincables Post #2
First month of pre season taught me a lot about my team and the style of play we could manage. What I want to do is to play a style where I will keep the ball more then my opposition, play around with it before someone decides to fly someone through when a space is found.
I had the players capable although some didn't make the grade. Julio Baptista was one of them. He played two frendlies for me, against Genk and Fehnerbahce, and both times he was the main instigator of a break up of play. I have sent him back to Real Madrid.
Justin Hoyte was another. He could imrpove but at the moment he wouldn't do the job at right or left back so he joined Watford on loan till the end of the season.
Philippe Senderos was the next to leave. He is very poor technically and would be a liability when tryng to build up play. He has been put on the transfer and loan list with many clubs enquiring.
I brought in many staff members. I brought in 4 coaches, 2 for the first team and two for the youth team. I brought in as well 4 scouts to broaded my scouting network to all of Europe as well as North and South America.
I also identified some possible signings. My scout identified Tomas Ujfalusi. He could back up Eboue as well as offer us something in the centre. He had decent ability on the ball defence but his strength was his athletic ability. He was quick, big, strong and fit.I watched him play against some Turkish team and his passing was very good throughout. I hope to also try and teach him to make the move into centre midfield as I think he has a lot of the qualities needed.
My scout also identified an 18 year old swedish defender called Dennis Boskailo who I later signed for 1 million. He could play anywhere across the backline and I think he could devlop into a top defender. He is still a very rough diamond but his tough, set pieces, decision making and ability in the air convinced me he could come in and make an impact in the future. He still needs many parts of his game impoved especially physically and tactically.
We played 5 games in our pre season, won 5, scored 29 and conceded 3(although 15 goals were scored in one game).
