To become manager of a Spanish team and take them to the top. But not only you but also your B team has to go with you and get into the champions league. Both your teams have to get into the final and you have to beat your reserves.

Post screenies please of your progress not just the final and post finances, transfer in and out and your a and b team final table position after every season.

It's true. Likewise, if Real were relegated, and Castilla won the second division, both teams would drop a division. It's to avoid match-fixing. If Castilla were on the verge of relegation, and needed a last day win, while madrid were already champions, you'd probably find 21 players shooting at Casillas...
