I attempted this on FM06, taking non-league Tandragee to the premier division, winning that quite a few times. Didn't manage much success in the champions league, except a 7-0 win against everton in the qualifying round, and a 4-0 win at home to barcelona in the group stages.
Money was a problem for the first few years, I think my balanced dropped to about -£200k towards the end of 2010, but then i started getting into europe and it picked up pretty quickly.

As others have said your first post is poorly set out and with you not doing the challenge yourself i don't see very many (if any at all) people joining in. If you want to make a challenge that people will be interested in take a look at the start of some of the bigger challenges and you will see what you are doing wrong
