Wurster Vs Kaiserslautern

Overview

Stats

Wurster have played well so far in their first season in division 2 and come into this off the back of that great cup win last week.
The first half is fairly poor as both teams lack confidence to go and take this game.
The second takes just over 5 minutes to improve on the first half when Klingsman turns is from 6 yards after a brillaint run and cross from De Meester. Wurster 1-0 up now!!!
Less than 5 minutes on and Wurster have lost the advantage as Kaiserslautern fight back and Opara scores with a nice finish from just inside the 6 yard box after Bon Bon fails to keep hold of a piledriver from 18 yards out. 1-1 and this game could really go either way- the second half is a vast improvement on the first.
Bon Bon then makes a series of great saves over the next 30 minutes to keep it at 1-1 and Klose is clearly pleased with his keeper's effort so far.
With less than 3 minutes remaining Al-Dahash is clear through on goal but is brought down from behind by Henn- the result is a red card and a free-kick in Healy's range that could prove a key factor in the outcome- Healy steps up and fires it goalwards............it is tipped onto the post and some how in the melee it is cleared rather than tapped in! Kaiserslautern go the other way but are stopped by Healy who plays the ball to Yanker who puts in a good cross and Klingsman is there again to score from about 5 yards as he pokes the ball under the on rushing keeper 2-1 Wurster Bremen!!!!!!!!!!
Thats how it ends and Wurster maintain their perfect 5-0 start to life in division 2! Sureley they can't get promoted for a second year in a row and next year be in division 1 playing the big boys like Bayern, Bremen & Dortmund can they???

Wurster Vs Offenbach

Overview

Stats

It doesn't take long for Wurster get fall behind at home- less than a minute has been played when Bon Bon has to pick the ball out of the Wurster net. Offenbach break quickly after a poor pass by Peacock is intercepted (he had just made a good tackle to win the ball in the first place!) and Agritis slots home from 8 yards out to give Offenbach a dream start- they lead 1-0 in the first minute!!
Less than 5 minutes later the Wurster Captain decides to take matters into his own hands with a strike from 25 yards out- he is unlucky as the ball hit the bar bounces down onto the line and falls into the keeper's greatful clutch!
It takes until 5 minutes remain in the half for Wurster to creat another quality chance- it comes to Klingsman via a nice pass by Harding- Klingsman then dilivers a placed finish to level it up and bring his tally for the season to 6.
Klingsman has a chance to give Wurster the lead on the stroke of half-time but heads just wide after some clever play by Healy to pick him out.
Afetr the half the game goes flat but after 20 minutes Wurster finally break through and Klingsman scores after his first shot is saved with a beatiful volley on the rebound 2-1 Wurster.
10 minutes on and Al-Dahash makes it 3-1 with a trademark finish from the young Saudi international.
In the final minute Klingsman seals his hat-trick with a cool finish after Al-Dahash sets him through on goal with a through ball that showed his wonderful passing ability. 4-1 Wurster and that is how it ends.

Sorry its taken so long but i've been busy with a lot of things- here are two matches and more will follow this evening!

Jena Vs Wurster

Overview

Wurster start this game quickly with both Harding & Klngsman coming close in the first 20 minutes.
The break through comes just after the half-hour mark when a brilliant Peacock cross is struck powerfully by Harding into the right hand corner of the net and the keeper stands no chance 1-0!!!
Just before half-time Harding grabs another this time from a De Meester cross making it 2-0 when they go in at the break.
The second half is poor but with less than 5 minutes left Klingsman is through on goal but is brought down and the ref has no choice but to give a penalty to Wurster- Healy steadies himself and with typical ease slots the ball into the bottom left hand corner of the net 3-0 Wurster.

Wurster Vs Frieberg

Frieburg Overview

A dull game until Klingsman fires home from 10 yards to put Wurster ahead with just over 20 minutes gone.
Harding the finishes the game off in the 64th after a brilliant solo run and finish from the edge of the box- he beats 3 defenders then easily chips the on rushing keeper to make it 2-0 Wurster.
It ends 2-0 and Wurster roll on.
