Game 3 - , cheltenham, when i saw the fixture i was delighted,it was one of thise 6 pointers. If i won we would swap places, with me lying in 12th and them in 10th it was a vital game. A close call 3-2 victory saw us move up those vital 2 places.
Game4- a tough away game against a side unbeaten in there last 3. a final result of 1-1 was enough to please me against a strong mid-table yeovil side
Game5- a win or draw would see us unbeaten in 5 and well on our way to promotion. A struggling chesterfield side shouldnt prove to put up much resistance to my in-form crewe side. I was proved right. A tight 1-0 victory was enough to seal the 3 points. At tis stage of the season it doesnt matter how you get the points aslong as you get them !
With 2 crucial games coming up, the first against top of the table notts forest, the second against 4th placed millwall, we were in for a rough ride. I would have been happy enough with just a point from one of the 2 games, what was to follow was totally unexpected.
Game6, notts forest, away- i went into the game fielding a 5-4-1, with the barricades firmly in place. Bombarded by shots throughout the first half, only the brilliance of keeper ben williams kept us in the hunt. I tried to tell my the point will do, but with it being a game i couldnt lol. So i rallied them up, gave em a kick up the ass and sent them back out for the second half rearing to go.
The 2nd half:

I was jumping for joy ! i had beaten top of the table, but with a tough game against millwall still to come, the week wasnt yet over.
Game 7: milwall, a fine 2-0 didnt seem to reflect the superiority my team enjoyed throughout the match. A surprising yet satisfying victory sees me move up to 9th.
