Right then, Fatski's kicing off TGb's top challenge as FC Gomel of Belarus. The plan is to take them to the top 3 European Club Coefficients.

Dont worry about the national rep, I have that at Lyn, however that comes with ourr team's being big in our respective countries

Lyn say goodbye to top player

Lyn Oslo have said goodbye to top player Edu.

The manager said that he was upset at having to let his best player go, but said it was for the best for the club and player.

The player left Lyn Oslo for AZ Alkmaar for the price of 1.3million.

This money would be used for improving the squad

Well well well...
The Belarussian league has a break in July, so I thought I'd give an update. Things have been amazing at FC Gomel, it's almost as if a revolution has started. I'll let the screenies tell you more:
The Squad

Fixtures, I had a magnificent June

The League Table!!

So we musnt get carried away, everyone is coming in with big money for our players, and the bank balance is looking big! Goals are coming a-plenty.. I've got a LONG way to goin this challenge, but it's all starting very well. My only fears are that the Belarussian League has funny dates. The UEFA or Champions Cup knockouts are during the close season!

I'm really getting into this Gomel game...It seems however not many people are doing the challenge :thdn:
So, end of season, and it went very well:
The league form didn't quite continue from my last post, but having been predicted 5th, I was delighted to come 2nd:
League

Player Stats

Manager Information

Tranfers In

Transfers Out- £££!!!

However, a problem has arisen. Following the interest of some high profile clubs, som players have dissapointed me with lack of loyalty:

Top Scorer Vasiluk is on his bike.

Winger wanted by Lazio also prepared to jump ship.

Oleg 'Judas' Shkbara could be off.

So, is anyone else doing this?!!
Hope you enjoyed the update, as only the top team qualifies for CL, so I'm in the UEFA!!

Just here to post an update before the forums implode tommorow.

Just got through to the Norweigan cup Quarter Final beating Rosenborg 4-3 on penalties, with a team of poo penalty takers.

Europe looks hopeful again through the cup.

Btw with my randomed appearence in the Euro Cup I won my first leg against TVMK 3-0 but still got the second leg.
