2011/12 season over. It was a really tough year, too.
Managed just 6 wins all season and let in over 100 goals! That's gotta be the worst I ever had. Somehow though, I didn't finish bottom.
Back down to Conf Sth again.
My squad is starting to lack any quality at all. None of my youth players are making a name for themselves, so I don't really expect to start improving for at least another three or four seasons... Best I can hope for is to continue winning promotion to Conf Nat, only to get relegated again. Just hope the board will stay loyal to me until I can push on from there...
Still my youth facilities have now been upgraded for the second time and the board have agreed to also improve training facilities. I'll keep asking them to spend money on the youth setup at every opportunity.
This years batch of youngsters still don't look any different and I'm not optimistic that any of them can cut it.

2012/13 Season done.
After languishing around 7th for the first twenty or so games, a major resurgence through the back-end of the season saw us ramp up our performances and pick up enough points to finish top of the pile! Great form included eight consecutive wins in the league and numerous clean sheets.
So once again we return to the Conf Nat (our third visit) and I'm hoping that some of our youths can start to cut it from here on in. Hopefully we can, at the very least, battle our way through next season and stay in the division.
Fingers crossed...
Am I the only one still attempting this challenge?? It may be difficult, but it's still enjoyable. Surely someone else must have stuck at it??
