Yeah, I saw it. Currently FC København is the richest scandinavian club in 97th spot, so we'll have to go for that.
I've been researching the swedish cup qualification for lower league teams, and it seems that irl there is a regional quota determined by the number of active player registered in each region. West Gotaland apparently have seven spots. How the game models this I have no idea, but if I was to guess it's a reputation thing, in which case we can forget about the cup until we reach level 2

New format for this season, scores come after game description, got to keep the tension up, right?
Alexander Nadj out for up to four weeks before we even get started.
Daniel Nilsson fractures a wrist and is out at least three weeks.
We're not in the cup this year either, although numerous non-league sides are in, such as Sölvesborg, who have made it to the third round. Is it a reputation thing?
Lindome were relegated last season and are media promotion favourites. It's still 50-1 against, and we soon find out why. They run all over us, and our first opportunity arrives in the 58th minute. Oh my… Lindome-BoIS 4-0
I've suddenly discovered that there are 12 teams in the league this season, and one extra relegation spot
Skärhamn were also relegated, and 2nd favourites for the league. What a start. We were second best all through the game. Dahlberg started horribly, then suddenly found confidence in the last half hour, hopefully a sign of better days. BoIS-Skärhamn 1-3 (Richt)
We actually turned a profit this month!
Kinna is a side we know we're on par with. only 10-1 against in an away game! Doesn't help much though. 2-0 down at half-time, and Richt misses an open goal when their keeper fumbles a back pass. Dahlberg makes numerous mistakes, then turn around and save a penalty. Bastian Andersson score a fantastic long shot at the end. Klas Sundqvist is sent off even later, and to top it off Johan Richt is injured for 2 weeks. Kinna-BoIS 3-1 (Andersson B)
Three straight defeats, and 2-10 goal difference. Richt isn't on form, and that affects the whole team.
Sandared we took four points off last year, but in this game we were poor, fortunately so were they. BoIS-Sandared 1-1 (og)
Oskarshamn were promoted from the third division, but they're still predicted 4th. Both Johan Richt and Alex Nadj are deemed fit enough to start, so Bjärne and Dahlberg make way. Sundqvist returns from suspension to relegate Björk to the bench. For some reason we click tonight, and Richt show some of the form that made him last years top player. A superb first-half hat-trick give Oskarshamn their first taste of defeat in this league. BoIS-Oskarshamn 4-1 (Richt 3, Thuresson)
So after five games we're only ninth with four points, but we've played five of the top six, and both promotion favourites, so I'm really not too worried. Top 5 is still the aim.
We're 5 for 2 against Jonsered, I believe that is a record. For once we field an unchanged side to try and emulate last weeks superb result. Erik Thuresson last only 24 minutes before picking up a knock. We have all the chances in the first half, but both Svensson and Richt miss several opportunities. Early in the second half Daniel Andersson curls a free kick in from the right and Gustav Svensson heads home first time. Jonsered wake up, but we hang on to the win, even on a Richt off day. Jonsered-BoIS 0-1 (Svensson)
Press are wetting themselves over Mehmet, whose value has skyrocketed to a wondrous 2K. Sell sell!
An unchanged side again against Floda, where the odds are only 3-1. Pretty soon we'll be favourites, oh the horror! Floda start in a defensive 4-5-1 and I decide to be a bit more adventurous tactically. This seems to be a wise move, as we camp out in their half for most of the game. Tobias Andersson and Mehmet both miss open goals and it's not until we get a somewhat cheap penalty after 52 minutes that we break through. BoIS-Floda 2-0 (Richt 2)
Lindome are walking it. 7 wins in 7 games and 23-4. Skärhamn is closest and also unbeaten so far.
Skene are doing well so far, sitting in fourth place, and having reached the fourth round of the cup (bast*rds!). We send out an unchanged side for the fourth game in a row, I don't think that has ever happened to me before. It's an even game, but our fine attacking form see us through. Rabi Yaqueb finally uses his outlandish pace for good as he makes two excellent assists. Skene-BoIS 2-3 (Mehmet, Thuresson, Richt)
We replace Skene in fourth place after this game, and Richt continues in the media limelight.
I don't dare make any changes for the home game vs Oddevold. This winning streak must continue! We're at 9-4 and I risk the same slightly adventurous tactics that worked so well against Floda. Rabi Yaqueb slots home an early penalty, as we control the first half. Relegation-threatened Oddevold doesn't show much bite, but we're unable to finish the game off until the 75th minute when Johan Richt heads home from a Bastian Andersson free kick. I can't believe they have a striker named Kastrati…. BoIS-Oddevold 2-0 (Yaqueb, Richt)
Five straight wins! Fourth place! Yay! Attendance is still below 300 though. The Varberg crowd isn't easily pleased.
Torslanda sit mid-table with a 3-3-4 record, and a goal difference of 0. There's not really much that is outstanding at Torslanda, except maybe striker Johan Sjöberg, who have six goals so far. With our current streak, and another game with an unchanged squad, I'm a cautious optimist. the game turns out as boring as Torslanda. Nothing happens all game, ond it fizzles out into a scoreless draw. BoIS-Torslanda 0-0
Smedby AIS are newly-promoted, and after ten games they are on course for their media prediction of tenth place. Seven games without a win is relegation stuff. It's a weird feeling as I send out the same side as the last six games. Richt sets up Thuresson for 1-0 in the first half, and Gustav Svensson fires home a powerful free kick in the second. Easy win. Smedby AIS-BoIS 0-2 (Thuresson, Svensson)
The board finally acknowledge our fine form.
First half roundup:
After a tough start against the top teams we showed some good stuff at the end. The board still veto any transfers in, so no room for improvement of the squad. Richt is as usual our key player, and Gustav Svensson is finally showing us what I always knew he could do. Mehmet is turning into a fine player, and Tobias Andersson keeps impressing in the holding role.
A number of clubs are sniffing around Rabi Yaqueb. I don't really want to sell him, but his E625 wages are killing me. Martin Johansson is a fair replacement, but no more than that.

We need to change the team for the first time in seven games as left back Nils Andersson is suspended, Daniel Nilsson his replacement.
Lindome stumbled a bit at the end, losing against both the other top three sides. They still lead though, and I expect our unbeaten run to end here. They come out of the gates running hard, and are rewarded when Daniel Andersson heads a corner into his own net on 35. We don't have much, but Richt could've equalised just before the break. Svensson fails to clear on 59, and Senci can head home 0-2. We have no reply, and the result is fair and expected. BoIS-Lindome 0-2
Skärhamn are third, seven points ahead of us, but only three behind Lindome. Nils Andersson return on the left of defense, and Rabi Yaqueb plays what might be his last game for Varbergs. We were absolutely outplayed in the first half, the ball never finding our strikers. Some improvement in the second half only allow them space to score. Alex Nadj save us from a trouncing. There's an obvious gap in quality between 3rd and 4th place in this league. Skärhamn-Lindome 1-0
Rabi Yaqueb sign for Kubikenborg for 5K+35%, some money in, some wages out. We're now only 200E over budget. - Rabi Yaqueb- 20 apps, 1 goal, 3 assist, 6.65 avg. - Transfer profit 5K
Kinna have dropped off after beating us early on. They now lie in ninth place, and I want revenge. Martin Johansson makes his debut at right back, and Mehmet Mehmet plays his 50th league game. 17-year old Daniel Andersson has his best game so far, setting up two goals, and Martin Johansson's debut is more than acceptable. BoIS-Kinna 4-1 (Thuresson 2, Richt 2)
Now back to the graft. Oskarshamn are chasing their second straight promotion, three points behind Lindome in third place. We beat them comfortably in the spring, but I expect this one to be totally different. Sundqvist is suspended again, and Fredrik Björk fills in. The Oskarshamn manager identifies Daniel Andersson as our main threat, and he's proven right when Daniel crosses for Erik Thuresson after ten minutes to make it 1-0 Varberg. Johansson is having a mare on the right back, and it seems the learning curve is a bit steep for the 22-year old. It's an even game, but we could have won it three minutes into overtime when Richt got the ball five yards out, and proceeded to put in in orbit. Less is more, man! Oskarshamn-BoIS 2-2 (Thuresson, Mehmet)
Tobias Andersson tore his calf muscle and is out for three to five months, spelling the end of his season. Patrik Bengtsson is called up from the reserves to replace him. Patrik replies by handing in a transfer request. Patience is a virtue…
We've turned a profit for two months running, but only due to board investments.
Jonsered are eight, and generally poor. I almost expect this to be easy. We're still 13-2 against though.
As it turns out, the odds are wrong, and I'm right. Daniel Andersson continues his coming of age as he scores his first of the season, and adds another two assists. BoIS-Jonsered 7-1 (Thuresson 2, Andersson D, Richt 2, Mehmet, Svensson)
Martin Johansson broke his foot against Jonsered, and is out for the season. Nils Andersson moves over to the right back, and Daniel Nilsson comes in on the left.
We're still underdogs against seventh placed Sandared away. They take the lead against the run of play, but Mehmet equalises almost immediately. Johan Richt then tips the scales our way one more time. Sandared-BoIS 1-2 (Mehmet, Richt)
We're now safe from immediate relegation. I've been working on numerous loan deals, both with parent club IFK, and other local bigger clubs, like Halmstad. No luck so far, and the transfer window is closing rapidly.
With our current form I'm somewhat optimistic for our away meeting with 11th placed Floda. Alex Nadj twisted his knee the day before the game, so Peter Dahlberg takes his place. We go 3-0 up, then let in 2 easy goals to make it a game. Nadj doesn't have to worry about getting his place back. Floda-BoIS 2-3 (Svensson, Richt, Thuresson)
An unchanged side for the visit from Skene, and we can't finish lower than sixth with four games to go. A point here should see us nailing the season target of top 5. Skene take the lead, but they're not playing all that well. We drop deeper for the second half, and get the reward when Svensson head home a corner in the 69th minute. We search for the winner, but can't find it anywhere. BoIS-Skene 1-1 (Svensson)
No board investment this month see us returning to an 18K loss.
Alexander Kux, who have been a fixture on the bench this year is out for the season with strained knee ligaments.
First division north side Assyriska are keeping tabs on Johan Richt. He'll do well at that level, but we'll crash without him!
The draw with Skene nails fifth, and as we shape up for our visit to Torslanda we learn that a win here will secure fourth. Nadj is still injured, and we're going to have to stick with Dahlberg for now. Torslanda went out hard, and took an early lead, but Svensson equalises for his third goal in three games. The game flows back and forth, and it ends 2-all, which I suppose we should be happy with. Torslanda-BoIS 2-2 (Svensson, Mehmet)
The draw means we can't finish higher than our current fourth, but Torslanda can still catch us.
Smedby are battling relegation and will be hard to beat. Patrik Bengtsson misses training, and generally ****ses me off, so he's dropped, and Gustav Svensson moves forward. Fredrik Björk gets a rare start in defense. Daniel Andersson nets our first in a wonderful counter attack. Smedby puts on the pressure, and we counter attack relentlessly. Erik Thuresson score our second and third, and the game is all over.Frederik Björk picks up a well-deserved MOM award, with Peter Dahlberg a close second. BoIS-Smedby AIS 3-0 (Andersson D, Thuresson 2)
Final game against Oddevold, who are three points off the relegation playoffs, but with a horrendous goal difference. I suspect they're ready for their holidays, so they want a point to settle it. Torslanda's loss at Jonsered mean we're fourth no matter what. Nadj is semi-fit, but I leave Dahlberg on for the experience. Last weeks MOM Björk is tired, so Svensson returns to defensive duties with Thomas Hagman making his debut as anchor man. Thuresson have played 19 games already, and lets Christian Dahl get a start. Daniel Backlund replace the solid Mehmet on the right wing. With all this tinkering, it would be too much to expect a win. Oddevold-BoIS 3-2 (Dahl, Richt) 2007 End-of-season roundup
A satisfying season, considering the circumstances. The horrible financial situation has kept us under a transfer embargo all season, and under board pressure to sell. Currently, late september, it looks like the season will end with a small profit, but this is only due to several small cash injections over the season. Why can't they just throw in half a mill and be done with it?
Football-wise we've done well. There's an obvious leap in class up to the first division, as the two relegated sides were top most of the season. There is however no big leap from third to second, as Oskarshamn proved by clinching the championship on the last game day.
It's obvious that there isn't going to be much in the way of transfers in for this close-season either, so I'll have to go begging to IFK to hopefully keep our current loanees for another season. Without them we'll be poor. I also worry that a bid for Johan Richt will come in, and the board will decide to take it. With no way of replacing him we will definately struggle. I can't currently see us improving on fourth place next year.
Our youth players continued to do well this year. The cream of the crop is currently winger Daniel Andersson who averaged 7.18 over 22 games (ever-present) scoring twice and setting up seven goals. Other performers were Daniel Nilsson, Fredrik Björk and Nils Andersson. Klas Sundqvist was somewhat disappointing, as was striker Christian Dahl. if the production line remains as dry as it was this year I'll have to start leaning more on greys like Olof Strandell, who managed two sub appearances on the right wing.

Pre season has gone quite well, never a good sign , including some good winds over 2nd division level teams (even a 7-0 with 7 goal scorers).
Being in Division 1 (South) has some benefits, firstly the TV money, only 100k but it should take care of about half my monthly loss during the league season.
The second is entry to the Swedish Cup. First round we are drawn away to a fellow D1 South team. I had a quick look at the media prediction for them and see they are predicted champions. Oh dear, I check mine to make sure I am predicted to finish 14th (and last) only to discover that I am looking at 5th place. How this worls I do not know.
Maybe my close season signings have something to do with it. With the transfer season just closed I have brought 5 players in for a total outlay of 2k (which I was able to spend because both of my scouts and my Physio were snapped up by Norweigian teams for a total of 6k.
In have come 2 Strikers, a strong DC and two midfielders, one attacking and one defending. The 2k went on the DC.
For the cup game I started with all 3 of last seasons 16 year olds, Dahl somehow keeping his place despite having finishing of 5 as in the pre-season games he notched up 3 goals and 4 assists in 6 starts and a sub appearance. He started alongside one of my new strikers. My new DC warmed the bench along with the other new striker. My attacking midfielder started and the defensive one hadnt signed for me yet.
The match was very to-and-fro with both sides taking the lead and a 90 minute score of 2-2, my goals coming courtesy of my 16 year-old Johansson scoring his first for the club and then my new striker scoring on his debut. Extra time came and so did my other new Striker in place of Dahl. And just after half time in extra time, he also scored on his debut and we escaped an even game with a 3-2 win.
Not only has this earnt us a 2nd round home tie against Premier division Orgryte but it has also laid down a bit of a marker against the media favourites for the league.
Realised it would have been easier to just name my new signings but I am not going to go through and change it now. They are:
Magnus Bursk (ST) started cup game
Tobias Jacobsson (ST) came off bench
Marcus Nilsson (MC/ST) played
Sindri Sverrison (DC/DM) hadnt signed until after game
Destin Makumbu (DC) came off bench.

First game of the seaon this truly is the end of preseason.
I started by telling the lads, nothing fancy, no funny stuff, just a solid 442, defenders leave the attacking to the attacking and defence you do what you do what you gotta do to get rid of that ball. I simply told them in no uncdertain words this is the beginning in front of dedicated fans go for it. The adrenaline, the passion and in some players in some ways the skill was there i just had to unleash it.
Pre season went well while i tried to find that gem to add to the first team i didnt find enough attacking talkent but i did find Magnus Karlsson with a solid 7 then an 8 i let him have his run especially due to the lack of talent in the defensive department.
I made some good signings and some rushed just for the hell of it signings that even my board said would be pointless. So at a board meeting about feeder clubs and parents club, which they rejected, I told the board id be more careful in the market and now the places that have overl strenghtened are done I will only strenghten areas which needed strenghtening or with truly great talents. My Signings Were
Of these Zunda Mpemba, Kulaminjira, Henriksson, Dogan, Nordstram.Became first teams the rest impact and back up players.Pre season friendlys brought good success with a draw against Vastra Frolunda in division 1 sodra and predicted 1st, they were all over us in truth but we had some good chances and good possesion and play considering the difference between the two teams it ended
BOIS 2-2 Vostra Frolunda
2nd Fixture against Brage ended very well indeedy
BOIS 4-1 Brage
predicted 1st in division 2 norra svealand we were simply all over them despite an early lead. With 15 shots and 5 on target we took all our on target shots just about. This truly shows the poor finishing. The game changed once i put Jens Nordstrom new signing up front and he bagged a 15 minute hat trick and a header from another new signing earlier to level it gave us a great results.
This win ended our pre season so onto the forthcoming season. But here is a player i must show Versatility or What
And stats Stats
Where do you think his best position at this level or AMC/FC
Anyway towards the season i go
Wish Me Luck |

Watch your wage budget!
Jens Nordström looks very useful. I think I'd try him up front, as he lacks a bit of creativity and teamwork, but it all depends on how you want to play. He'll probably do well on the wings as well.
I'm just getting season 3 going, I won't be as detailed as time is short.
Good luck mocko.

mocko - firstly, welcome to our little group (yay now theres 3 of us).
I signed Dogan halfway through my first season and he played from the bench. In the second season (having been promoted) he is now a starter and playing well.
I chased Zunda Mpemba but couldnt get him to sign.
As for Nordstrom, if you have two better goalscorers then I would play him as an attacking midfielder, otherwise play him up front.
