played two more fiendlies, losing both of them. First up was a home 2-0 defeat to a team expected to fiish bottom of its 2nd Division group (oh dear) and then a very creditable 2-1 to a team in the First Division Elite (ok they are Relegation threatened but they are 2 division above us).
One final friendly against our own under 18s and then its our first league game. Slightly worried at the match odds, never before have I seen a league game where the home team was at 50-1.

Having disposed of our under 18s 3-0 we then hosted Skene (anticipated 6th place) for our first league game. In a game of few chances Skene got the ball in the back of the net once, only for it to be ruled out for offside. We managed 7 shots, but all off target but had the lions share of the possession so by the end of the game it was our opposition who were wasting time and happy to leave with a point after a 0-0.
Hopefully we might hit the target in our next game and maybe even score a goal

Our 2nd league game, the first away from home, sees us visiting Floda (predicted 10th) where we are still 12-1 outsiders (to their 8-1 on). It is only a few minutes before we have our first shot on target, but it is just before half time when we achieve the dream and score a goal.
In the 2nd half there are 2 goals for my 16 year old striker (one of 2 16 year olds in the starting 11 at the moment) for a magnificent 3-0 away win.
As an added boost, we are no longer the poorest club in Sweden, with our value estimated at 3k (rising from 2k) and another team in one of the 2nd division groups having fallen to 2k. Having risen from 177th to 175th (another team also has 3k) we have strted our march towards financial domination of the world |

This is **** hard.....
Started out with a 3-0 win thinking this could work out, in the very least I'll stay well clear of relegation. Hah!
A seven game losing streak put us rock bottom where it seems we belong. A couple of signings in the transfer window (both "sign at whatever price" "leading div2 stars") helped a bit, but as the transfer window closed (with four games to go....) we're still down there, with four points up to the safety of ninth.
Considering whether to start over or see if someone just as rubbish is promoted for next season.

| And there was me thinking I was going to get this thread to myself
Glad its not just me doing this madness, havent played beyond those opening two games so far, will try and get back to it again today.
How are your under 17s prospects looking. I have the two that were already at the club and a further one that I will sign when the window reopens, hopefully all three will get there 10 games in this season.

A more detailed report. I have some screenshots, but I don't have the time to post them now. Summary
I've never been 50-1 for almost every single game in a season! An early win was followed by seven games lost on the trot. Points were picked up here and there after that, but we never got out of the relegation zone, and with four games to go we were still bottom. A 2-1 win at home to Skene made for a bit of hope, but it was followed by a 5-1 trashing away to Lärje, and with leaders Torslanda in the final game I didn't see much hope. Two points up to the playoff spot and two points to a safe place with a horrible goal difference saw us needing a clear win against the best team in the league, while Jonsered or Kinna or both would have to lose. We did beat Torslanda away though….
Torslanda took the lead after only twelve minutes, and I anticipated a drubbing. 0-2 came on 23, but the Christoffer Bjärne pulled one back on 30, and there was hope. Matias Bengtsson equalised straight after half-time from a Bjärne downward header, then on 57 Bjärne sent the 250-something crowd into a frenzy after heading Bastian Andersons right-wing cross into the far corner. Could it be? Not quite. On 75 Bovbjerg scored an easy goal for Torslanda to make it even again. On 85 he made it 3-4, and it was bye-bye BOIS. In the end it didn't matter as both Jonsered and Lärje won their games.
Looking back we seemed to take the lead often, but run out of steam fairly early (before half-time) so maybe we should've worked harder on fitness in the pre-season. Then again we had a lot of injuries, and on that note, the physios s***. Finances:
In the red all season, don't think we made a profit a single month. Average attendance started out just under 400 and ended around the 250 mark. In the end the club was worth 5K and up to 175th in the rich list. Notable Players:
Tommy Acar from the youth academy is a huge defender who was only 15 at the start, so he couldn't play until his 16th on June 10th. He made his debut with a crash the following weekend, scoring from a corner and getting MOM. He's also my designated 10-games-a-season player.
Bastian Anderson is a young winger on loan from parent club IFK Göteborg. He scored some vital goals to keep us in the running, and was generally our most consistent player.
Alexander Nadj is another loanee from IFK, and our best goalkeeper by far.
Christoffer Lindahl is a sixteen year old attacking utility man, who has seen playing time up front and on both wings. My plan is to use him as a target man once he grows a bit more.
Matias Bengtsson was the leading scorer, even though he only played 12 games due to injuries.
Viktor PachÃ* is a defensive utility man who arrived on a free from Väsby IK in the transfer window, and did very well as the midfield anchorman. I'd like to use him as a fullback though. Conclusion:
A fun and challenging season, that ended in tears. I don't know what I could have done differently. My tactic was a well-tested 4-4-2 that have worked well in lower leagues before. I might have put some more effort into the transfer-market pre-season, and that might have provided the four points that lacked in the end. I don't know whether I'll restart. I might see who gets promoted, or maybe I'll go for another challenge completely ( I have a San Marino game that should fit that challenge)

| I've mentioned Lindahl (avg 6.94) who played 17 first team games, but only scored twice (he was on the wings for some of those games though.) He's the best jumper next to Bjärne and should be a decent target man.
Daniel Nilsson played 19 games at left back for an avg of 6.58. Not spectacular, but decent. He dropped off towards the end, so i think I might have overplayed him a bit. Eglen should be as good, so maybe they should've shared more of the time.
Christian Dahl played four senior games for a 7.25 avg. He made one assist but scored none. Could've played more, but strikers are actually plentiful. Scouts seem to think he's the best player around. Scored 10 in 18 for the reserves and U18s
Alexander Kux suffered from the congestion of strikers as well, and didn't make it further than the bench for the seniors. 17 goals in 32 non-comp mathches says he could have some chance.
Daniel Andersson picked up a long-sterm injury in pre-season, which was a pity as I was short on left wingers, he could be very good. Averaged 7.15 in non-comp.
