It's a reasonable story, but you really need to sort your spelling out, it'll put people off reading

Friday 30th June 2006
England vs. Colombia
AOL Arena, Hamburg

Another hot in Germany. Out of Colombia and Argentina English fans would prefer to play Colombia, but it would be good to get one over there rivals.
England were favoutires with even odds, Colombia had 9-4 amd a draw was also 9-4

England
GK Chris Kirkland
DR Phil Neville
DL James McEveley
DC Michael Dawson
DC Rio Ferdinard (c)
MR David Beckham
ML Kieran Richardson
MC Owen Hargreaves
MC Kieron Dyer
FC Shola Ameobi
FC Wanye Rooney
Subs
Ian Walker
Matt Jansen
Sol Campbell
Jermaine Jenas
Joe Cole
James Beattie
Wes Brown

Colombia
GK Oscar Cordoba (Napoli)
DR Ruben Dairo Bustas (America de Cali)
DL Gerardo Alberto Bedoya (Juventus)
DC Ivan Ramiro Cordoba (Inter)
DC Mario Yepes (Nantes)
MR Freddy Indurley Grisales (c) (Nurnberg)
ML Kilian Edwin Virviescas (Rayo)
MC Jorge Bolano (Schalke 04)
MC Mauricio Alejandro Molina (Glasgow Rangers)
FC Jairo Ferdando Castillo (America de Cali)
FC Johnnier Montano (Parma)
Subs
Faryd Mondragon (Galatasaray)
Alexander Viveras (Boavista)
Jose Hermes Mera (Deportivo Cali)
Oscar Eduardo Villareal (America de Cali)
Pedro (America de Cali)
Jarrson Amur Gonzalea (America de Cali)
Jairo Leonardo Patino (Newell's)

England started the match on a flyer when Beckham tackled Montano, Neville doing a long pass to Ameobi who crossed the ball to Rooney who scored a nice little goal on the 3rd minute.
On the 11st minute Ameobi was unlucky not to get a goal when he made a shot that hit the bar and then Yepas tacked him and England had to settle for a corner.
But Ameobi got his revenge on the 16th minute when he tackled Yepas and got the ball and ran, beating the offside trap, forced the goalkeeper off his line and he simply chipped the ball over his head and got a goal.
On the 17th minute it went from bad to worst for the South American nation when Yepas got a red card for tripping Rooney.
But Colombia did get something back on the 21st minute when Montano crossed the ball to Molina and he scored a stunner.
The fourth and final goal of the match was for England when Richardson crossed the ball to his teammate Rooney and scored a goal on a tight angle.

A good game for England that was only dampened by Molina's goal.

Kirkland 5, Neville 5 (Brown subbed on 60 min 7), McEveley 7, Dawson 7, Ferdinard 7, Beckham 7 (Beattie subbed on 78 min 7), Richardson 7, Hargreaves 7 (Jenas subbed on 70 min 7), Ameobi 9 mom, Rooney 8
